  1. Every student must take library Identity Card when the admission process is completed.
  2. Students can use newspaper, journals, question banks, books etc. during the library timing. But should handle them carefully & return them.
  3. If a student applies for Library Identity Card after 30th September then late fee of 00 will be charged.
  4. If the books are not returned before due date then a fine of 00 will be charged per day per book,2.00 will be charged per day for reference book and 5.00 will be charged per day for question papers, periodicals and for syllabus.
  5. 00 will be charged for each printout.
  6. Library Deposits must be claimed within 2 years after leaving the college otherwise it will be forfeited.
  7. Students must not enter the library without Identity Card.
  8. Identity Card must be signed by Librarian & principal or else it won’t be authentic.
  9. Text Books, Reference Books, News Papers, Journals, Question Banks, and Rapid Reading Books are available in the Library
  10. Reference Books can be borrowed on Identity Card but they can be used in Reading Hall only.
  11. Please note that the book should be returned in 8 days. If the demand slip is given in proper time then the student can get the required book if available.
  12. Student should return the academic books before the examination admit card is taken.
